This is the second time I’ve been disappointed with Wells Fargo over the past few days. Very rarely if ever do I write a poor review, but in the case of my deceased mother, I’ll make an exception. The employees at the Wells Fargo Branch at 15548 Pilot Knob Rd have never read the book Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidon nor have common sense or empathy toward people. Even when I run inside my trips are usually shorter then 10 min. No real complaints as everyone is nice and helpful with their services they specialize in 2 ATM on back side but nice having the drive thru cover on rainy and snowy days.
Customer for 12 years. Their "grace period" is an absolute lie & due to their managerial incapability, I will be closing my account today. Awful customer service. If you are considering opening an account, find a better bank & save yourself the headaches of dealing with Wells Fargo.
This is the second time I went to Wells Fargo to start checking account and they said they’re short bankers and cannot help my requests. Why wouldn’t they have enough bankers on a saturday knowing this is when most are off work and need to do their banking? Needless to say, I will not be getting my account through there. Horrible customer service. My parents are also pulling out their money due to how disrespected we were.
