I’m soo confused about their hiring process. Always someone new working the window and they never know what they’re talking about when I’m trying to cash my check for my business. It’s always something new and they take entirely too long as if everyone is a new hire.
Stopped in on a Tuesday to talk with a banker, one person ahead of me. Was told by the teller I needed an appointment (no signs stating this or on the website), asked to make one and she wrote my name on the back of an envelope and said the banker would call. Needless to say they didnt. As a small business owner I need access to financial professionals, and unfortunately, Wells Fargo isnt the place. Just a warning to all fellow small business owners … your time is money, and Wells Fargo doesn’t respect that
