Watch out for the fees. They change the rules on you. Response to reply: made account and followed all criteria to not receive service fee. WF changed criteria after account was made and maintained for years. Minimum balance tripled, among other things. They said you would've received mail on it, but your signed up for estatements. I'm signed up for estatements to avoid fee.
Today’s started more than 30 minutes after the arranged time. At our last appointment the banker typed in the computer for 12 minutes before looking at us or speaking. Even simple transactions are painfully slow and cumbersome. While people speak to us kindly, there is zero respect for our time. Would I bank here now? No way!!!! Credit union is the way to go!
I never had any problems banking with Wells Fargo. The staff is friendly and professional and know they customers by name. It's a great company to do banking with!!!
