I wanted to share my thought on my visit today for this particular Wells Fargo branch. I went into the branch to deposit/ pay my credit card bill with two cashiers checks. They took my checks, called the issuing bank to verify and come back after 15 minutes to say, I apologize for the inconvenience! Now, I wasn’t presenting the checks for cash. Best to avoid this location. Excessive wait times and poor customer service
Terrible! One teller and no drive thru operating. One person in front of me and I was there 20 minutes just to get a cash withdrawal.
