i am disappointed and very deeply disturbed. i witnessed an employee named Africa and a customer making disturbing and inappropriate comments at this location. while in conversation with the customer, Africa says “i can’t tell if it’s a boy or a girl” referencing a customer her customer was talking about and also commenting on. All they ever have is one teller, total of 6veindows, with only two tellers.. its not the tellers fault, there very nice, professional. If you plan on going inside for any issues or banking needs prepare 30 min to wait through the lines.
I recently moved to SC from NC and I have had the same bank account for over two decades. I just want to say Haley at this Wells Fargo location was absolutely the BEST! She made me feel comfortable and confident about the account I chose. She was VERY informative about my account I was opening, and she was so kind and sweet! If I had the funds to tip a banker I would have tipped her. I left the bank feeling so much better about switching to a new bank!! Thank you Haley!!!
