While other bankers and branches seemed unsure and lacked the dedication to help, he took the time to fully understand the situation and resolve it efficiently. His commitment and exceptional customer service made all the difference, and I’m grateful to have worked with him.
Really respectful and helpful staff. I had a pretty complex request and they handled it with extreme professionalism and care. I noticed a lot of people who came in seemed to know the staff and clearly were repeat customers. I totally get why they keep coming back.
Been with Wells for over 15 years. Came into this branch for a single temporary check and they wanted to charge me $3. I asked if they could waive it - the teller said no, then the manager also said no. Lol are you kidding me? Honestly the push I needed to bank elsewhere. Btw I went to a different branch that day and they waived it without me even asking.

The bank is in 1900s. The can’t open an account online, and you need an appointment before you walk in. No surprise that other major banks like Chase, BofA are beating them, they all open accounts online in minutes. There were two bankers when I walked in, one did not have completed training so he couldn’t open an account, he could just create a profile.
