I’ve been with Wells Fargo 40 years. Just saw where they charged me $10 on my savings account for 3 months. As soon as I can change my direct deposits I’ll take money to another bank. No way to treat loyal customers 🤬

Depositing a check at drive thru. Hannah, the employee, mumbles something. I can't hear her. I'm outside with noise of the streets. When I ask, "What?" Hannah says "I'm not Wells Fargo" I look up to make sure I'm at the right one of our banks. I say "wait, it's Wells Fargo, right?" Hannah says "I'm not Wells Fargo, I'm an individual" I say "could you please get a manager to help you?" ...ten minutes later, the transaction is complete. I think.
