i am a member of wells fargo online banking and i just luv the bank
I have literally had it with Wells Fargo!!! Do not use the mobile check deposit for any substantial checks. I have a check that the payer has had debited from their account but have been lied to 3 times about why it's on hold and after they put it on hold the refuse to resolve it before a week from today!!! I asked for a manager and was told I couldn't talk to one and the branch doesn't work with mobile and not one of my questions was resolved like where is my money if it isn't in her bank or mine? You people suck. 3 days to wire funds from one wells Fargo account to another and still it's not in my account. Plus you're going to charge me$15 for the privilege of being screwed over. I'm closing my account tomorrow.
Funny I write a review and it wont post and says abusive ect. Not one abusive word or anything bad except that this wad the worst business ever. Guess WF has fixed it to where all you can say is good things. What a joke
