Big fat 0 if I could. Can’t deposit money into atm. This atm shouldn’t even be operable. Pathetic excuse of management around the entire country these days. Just looked at the scores here. Not even three stars. They should be ashamed.
Mayra, the branch manager at this location went above and beyond to help me out through a very important and time sensitive matter. I had originally went to another nearby branch right before on Country Club Dr. to try to see if it was at all possible to resolve the issue- the lady who greeted me at the door didn't even take the time to try to understand my situation and immediately let me know that the branch manager was not available and that he could not help me anyways and advised I contact Back End Operations(800 number... read more
Try to avoid this location, when I went in they had 1 teller while the lead and other tellers were in the back kept walking back and forth pretending to be busy, there was a line of about 6 people just waiting on 1 teller, other locations deliver speedy service and usually have 3 teller on hand. Also they are rude.
I find it weird that a bank backed by our federal government, aka the tax payers, do not accept legal tender. I don't care what the reason is. I recommend people banking elsewhere.
