Only 1 person serving customers inside!! And the 1 person was taking her sweet time. Stood in line forever and there was only 1 person ahead of me!!
Friendly and professional tellers. They stayed late to help me withdraw some money that had been wired the same day (so they had to call), and didn't seem to mind my little toddler running around. They were very kins and helpful.
They made it as hard as possible for me to open an account so I left and went to the branch at 9th and greenway. That branch I called ahead and they tried to keep me away saying they were too busy, but I came in anyway and they saw me right away. They tried to say they only accept 2 forms of address verification and cannot accept the bill the other branch said I could… finally they said they would since I was misinformed
The only good thing about this Wells Fargo it has a ATM, actually it has two. I like the drive-thru Wells Fargo at 7th Street and Greenway. Every time I go to this Wells Fargo at 7th Street and Thunderbird there's always one teller only. The teller is always very friendly but they really need to have at least two tellers.
