Barely air conditioning slow and under stuff 1 single person on the desk when they’ve members of the team just wondering in the place not acceptable
This is my bank due to the fact that JC VILLANUEVA is my banker and it has been for many years. I have followed him every time he has moved from branch to branch from 5 St. and Washington to 19th and Alton and now for a while it’s been 16th and Alton. Terrible service. An hour and a half to make a withdrawal of less than $10,000. I couldn't do it; they force you to bring stained or torn bills or they want to give you $10,000 in $20 bills. Terrible service from the employees. When I tried to withdraw from an ATM, they told me Birkyn was on the way, and after 40 minutes, they showed up to tell us the ATM wasn't working.
