I had a very disappointing experience at Wells Fargo. The representative who assisted me, Roxana Gómez, was not welcoming and came across as dismissive and unhelpful. I did not receive clear or complete information, which made the process frustrating and confusing. Good customer service requires patience, clarity, and professionalism, and unfortunately that was not my experience during this visit. I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the level of service provided.

De mis bancos favoritos hasta el día de hoy ,llegué a contar 18 personas en fila y solo dos ventanillas…definitivamente injustificable!el equipo muy atento pero wells debe tomar medidas por qué soy un potencial cliente perdido!!
