Awful. This universal nonsense is a reason for everyone to stand around and do nothing. Saw 3 people with no phones and no customers and still waited to cash a check. Was told to come back in 15 minutes and still 3 people (workers not customers) and no one was capable of cashing a check or even starting an account. Awful customer service.
