The worst customer service. For a simple deposit you have to wait 30 minutes. Because they are changed to universal service branch
Last week, I had an incredible experience at the Wells Fargo branch. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, making my entire Saturday. Their hands-on approach and attention to detail truly made a positive impact.
The team there, currently, are so classy and A1 staff members!
