Dee and Jen are the reason I continue to use this Wells Fargo branch. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled correctly. Unfortunately, customer service here can be very hit or miss depending on who you deal with (banker china), but Dee and Jen consistently provide a positive, professional experience. Management should take note of employees like them—they set the standard.
I will be closing my Wells Fargo Account in February 3 2026 I didn't get the results I want so I will look for a better result bank that listens to my grave 🪦 concerns about personal checking in my name. As simple as that I am tired of control freak Banks. I promise I will close my bank Wells Fargo account on February 3 2026 it's frustrating when these bankers prioritize their bottom line and dismissive & disrespectful to me.
I have been coming to this branch for a few years and have noticed an improvement in customer service. I especially appreciate and enjoy doing business with Mr. Williams because he is customer oriented. Whenever have an issue, he goes out of his way to assist me in resolving it.
