Not the easiest in-and-out, but a good location in the District otherwise.
Multiple occasions of disappointing experience at this branch due to incredibly slow and unprofessional customer service. Frustratingly long wait times and lack of efficiency. Staff at this location don’t know what they are doing and have a nasty attitude.
