I was turned away from service when asking for something other than take cash out. I don’t blame the Reps, obviously higher ups at the top has set a toxic work environment.
I had such a wonderful experience at Wells Fargo! The branch was incredibly clean, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. A special shout-out to Chelsi — she was an absolute rockstar! Her kindness, professionalism, and bright personality truly shined and made my visit such a positive one. She went above and beyond, and it makes me so proud to see such a fabulous business providing this level of service. Thank you, Wells Fargo, and thank you Chelsi for making my day!
0 stars! This Branch is just ridiculous! Only one Teller, how is this even allowed?! I was in line for 40 min with only 2 people ahead of me. If you are in a rush, lunch break etc dont come here! Be prepared to wait a long time otherwise. Never coming here again.
Ill start off by saying I come in once a week to handle my business. And the staff is always friendly and helpful. But one staff member stands out from the bunch and its the teller MIGUEL. Miguel is awesome fast efficient kind rememebers who your are your last conversation with him from the week before. His excellence in customer service is 2nd to none. Storibox appreciates every thing Miguel does when we walk into that bank!!!!
Terrible Service and Disrespectful Staff I had a very disappointing experience at this Wells Fargo branch. I made an appointment for a simple request, expecting basic professionalism and efficiency. Instead, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes with no explanation or apology. The staff was not only unhelpful but outright rude — as if they were doing me a favor, rather than serving a customer.
