Disappointed that in the year 2025 as a tourist from the Uk it charged me 5 dollars to get cash out of my bank. I bank with Starling, may be different for other banks.
This location is always open on Saturday until 12 noon.. I went there to do a quick easy deposit at 11:35 and it was closed! There was an elderly couple that came at the same time and they were very upset! There were 2 more cars driving up and they were surprised too! Very unprofessional! If you are closed outside of the normal times.. put it up online and also have a sign on the door.. very unprofessional !

If I could give 0 stars, I would. A month ago, this branch refused to provide me with a simple written verification of my deposit account — something I needed to set up my 401k. The manager claimed “she didn’t have the authority”. I’ve been a customer since 2012. Today, I went back to this same frustrating branch (because it's the closest one) to request a cashier’s check.
