I went to go to this location this morning to get money through the drive-thru ATM, and both ATMs have either been removed or are not working. It was before the branch opened, so I left, thinking I could come back later and get money in the branch. If I could give 0 stars I would. I chose Wells Fargo because my mother banked with WF for over 40 yrs. However my most recent experience today when opening up a new account was horrendous. Initially I opened my account online with no problem. I had been issued debit cards in the mail. But for some odd reason the account was closed when I went to deposit money into the account. Absolutely phenomenal service. Going through an extremely painful divorce and my little one erupted whilst I was doing some banking … Anita was overwhelmingly kind! She came out as I was consoling and guiding my little one and surprised us with gummy bears and such friendliness! This makes such a big difference, especially from someone working in a bank, to go the extra mile just means so much. Thank you to this incredible branch, and Anita for your hospitality 🙌🏻
Rude employees, incompetent manager! Do NOT trust Wells Fargo they are crooks in suits smh
The worst, waited almost 20 minutes, parking was full in the assigned bank parking eventhough there's no customer in the bank. Bank manager and employees are doing nothing about it.
