I was at Wells Fargo Bank recently and witnessed a situation that didn’t sit right with me. A customer who had a scheduled 1:30 PM appointment checked in on time and was clearly waiting to be helped. Meanwhile, a walk-in customer who arrived after them was taken first by the banker. The person with the appointment ended up waiting around 25 minutes, visibly confused and frustrated. My experience at Wells Fargo Bank was extremely disappointing. I had a scheduled appointment at 1:30 PM for a name change and checked in at 1:29 PM, right on time. Despite that, the banker chose to assist a walk-in customer who arrived after me, leaving me waiting for about 25 minutes. What’s the point of making an appointment if walk-ins are given priority?
