On a Friday at 12:00 they had zero ability to do anything other than counter transactions. No bankers to modify an account at all until late in the day.

This branch is just awful. They kept my money from me. The bankers do not care about their customers. This is the last chance. I do not know why this branch is open. Awful avoid at all costs. They don’t like to work! The branch on Harbison is much more customer friendly and they do their job!
Donald handled a complex situation with efficiency and knowledge, today. The result was flawless and very positive experience. We have been customers for many years, including the predecessor bank acquired by Wells Fargo. Over these many years Donald and Linden have handled multiple complex international transactions for us.
