Great Customer Service and Support.
The banker at this location, Valencia, has been refusing to assist with an issue that other Wells Fargo bankers say she should have been able to assist me with. After questioning her refusal and talking to other Wells Fargo customer service members, she offered to help and I came in for my appointment, but when I arrived she refused again and refused to contact the other Wells Fargo banker I was working with at another location. The staff is absolutely amazing, very helpful, all smiles and the manager my grand daughter loves her, it's like a family reunion when I go there,🙂 I really enjoy banking there.
Who doesn’t love Michael! He’s always the highlight of my week, I can’t tell the other workers aren’t a huge fan of his, and tbh they probably get tired of being around someone so happy all the time. He’s just a delight! Oh please get the commercial lane fixed, I hate going in, I’d love to sit in my car in pajamas and not have to fully get dressed because let’s face it, no one should be in public with pajamas on, yeah I said it, it’s not right. But I digress, please fix that lane, it’s been over a year!!
