Actually called the wrong bank, but Would’ve still came here because it was more convenient, but the branch manager answered the phone and was rude as hell. So I just went to Lexington instead Shout out to the operations manager, though he was very nice when answering my questions but still no thanks
Visiting from Florida and had to stop by at this branch 2 separate times to have some documents notarized. Both Alejandra and Jeniel were super helpful and I also had a great time at this branch talking to other bankers. Everyone is so friendly and genuine and I would definitely recommend this branch! Oh yeah, WF, give them a gift card/lunch, this location definitely deserves recognition!!
Every time I walk into this branch, I am greeted with a welcome. I advised the manager, Fasha Smith, that I was impressed with how this branch always makes me feel welcome. The manager makes sure that you receive assistance in a timely manner. She has often been in the lobby waiting to greet customers. Her leadership is a definite presence. This branch is definitely my choice. I will drive past 2 other branches on the way to the Garners Ferry Rd Branch.
