Great Customer Service and Support.
The banker at this location, Valencia, has been refusing to assist with an issue that other Wells Fargo bankers say she should have been able to assist me with. After questioning her refusal and talking to other Wells Fargo customer service members, she offered to help and I came in for my appointment, but when I arrived she refused again and refused to contact the other Wells Fargo banker I was working with at another location.
