Absolutely insane that Wells Fargo locks access to the ATMs after 5pm and on weekends. Garbage branch, deserves to be shut down.
The staff at the bank were polite. However, the banker I met with didn’t even know the bank policy I wanted to address. Instead of a meeting that should have taken at most 10 minutes, I had to prompt the banker and pushback and this extended the day. He eventually called their help line to be directed how to complete the transaction. And it still wasn’t correct and I yet needed to direct him further on how to make the transaction.
