Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Sabrina was the worst in customer service I have ever known
Came in don't accept walk-in for opening an account. So made appointment. Showed up for appointment on time waited over a half hour still not seen. They have no workers to help open accounts let alone customer service. Very bad business
The worst bank in America. I am very sad because I went to them to open an account. Unfortunately, they behaved with me without professionalism and in a way that reflects a bad image of America. They don't really represent America. Not kind at all. Not professional at all.
