I didn’t like the service I received from Felicia Maple. She seemed unbothered, detached, and like she didn’t want to be there. I felt uncomfortable talking to her. She didn’t help me with what I came in there for. I won’t be returning to this location. I’m considering closing my account and going somewhere else.
