Convenient since I was already parked nearby for other business. A couple blocks from the US Capitol building. Empty and quiet as I approached the teller window to make a substantial commercial deposit. It is indecorous at best to yell across the atrium “Sir! Sir!”, but really borderline rude in my estimation, and not the way I have been approached in 35 years at other Wells Fargo branches. Consider adopting a more formal business deportment and tone.
