Terrible service. No banker available to help me open a new account. Was told to wait “about an hour”. Yeah, no thanks!
I recently visited this branch to fulfill a notarization and they were beyond accommodating. They provided me the service with a warm greeting, full attention, and efficient execution! I’ll surely return to this particular branch for any future banking needs.
I visit this branch every week or two and the staff are always friendly, professional and courteous. I have accessed the ATMs by sliding my ATM card in the door, so not sure where that complaint comes from.
