The employees were super helpful!
Consistently the worst Wells Fargo I’ve been to. It’s unfortunately the closest branch to my place which is why I’ve had the privilege of multiple bad experiences over several tasks. The amount of time I’ve wasted having to come back to this branch because of understaffing or a lack of actual bankers being present at the branch is unheard of. Please do better and please make sure you make an effort to let your customers know when their appointment is canceled so they don’t plan their day around said appointment
I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Wells Fargo. I came in to have a document notarized, and the teller acknowledged that she was a notary but said she didn’t have time to assist me and asked that I make an appointment to return later. What was concerning is that she was not with another customer but instead conversing casually with other staff. This experience did not reflect the level of professionalism and customer care I would expect.
Horrible bank with horrible service. Tellers are awful.
The other day I stopped in to get a cashier's check and everyone was super nice and helpful! Thank you!
