Second time I went in to find that no tellers are available. Except, this time, I was properly informed that this location no longer has bank tellers, only bankers. So I had to deposit money into one ATM to get the bills I needed in a withdrawal, only to have to then deposit those output bills into the other ATM to get the other proper bills I needed. I had the most amazing experience at Wells Fargo bank Dunbar at Howard Washington DC. to make a deposit. Banker Emilie Mbengue approached me and introduced herself when she overheard me mention I was a local businessman. She informed me of the opportunities Wells Fargo had to offer me. I scheduled an appointment with her. She made me aware of my privileges being a business/member of Wells Fargo. I left with a business account and an Active cash card. I came in Wells Fargo at 16:50, store closes at 17:00. After , Edwin, who stated he was store manager, asked what I was there for he quickly replied the system was down. However if I have an account he can cash my check and put it on account. I have been cashing the same Wells Fargo check for months with no issues.
