I don't know why all the other ratings of this location are so low, but I personally had an excellent experience with this Wells Fargo in Rockwood. The employees quickly assisted me with getting started with opening a new account, and their ATM machine was insanely fast and worked properly (unlike the KeyBank on Burnside in Gresham.). Super friendly and I look forward to my appointment on Friday! Would rate more than 5 if I could.
Worst customer service and Heidi’s attitude is nothing what you expect a teller to be. I would never go back there again due to her customer service and lack of communication.
They will do anything to make sure you get out of the building saying theyre understaffed and cant help you for something as simple as opening a checking/savings account and "youd have to wait over a weekish" even though there are NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE BUILDING. Theyll often converse with eachother before telling said individual to leave as if clarifying with eachother their normal strategy to get people out so they dont have to do anything so they can just talk and not actually do their job. I thought this was a bank, but in fact, it is a two-bit stripmall check cashing joint. They charged 7 dollars to cash a $200 WELLS FARGO check. Insanity.
