Worst customer service and Heidi’s attitude is nothing what you expect a teller to be. I would never go back there again due to her customer service and lack of communication.
They will do anything to make sure you get out of the building saying theyre understaffed and cant help you for something as simple as opening a checking/savings account and "youd have to wait over a weekish" even though there are NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE BUILDING. Theyll often converse with eachother before telling said individual to leave as if clarifying with eachother their normal strategy to get people out so they dont have to do anything so they can just talk and not actually do their job. I thought this was a bank, but in fact, it is a two-bit stripmall check cashing joint. They charged 7 dollars to cash a $200 WELLS FARGO check. Insanity.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Wells Fargo with an employee named Eddie. From the start, he was dismissive and unhelpful. Our appointment was scheduled for 3 PM, but Eddie was already trying to rush us out by 3:15 for another appointment, even though he hadn’t resolved any of our issues. When we asked for help with our accounts and transfers, he flat out refused, saying he couldn’t assist with those matters.
