I went to change my name on my account after getting married. My maiden name is now my middle name and then my new last name. Despite having an old passport with the name on both my credit and debit cards (which I had with me), my old original social security card and my new social security card and my marriage certificate, I was told that I needed a "new marriage certificate" which is not even possible. I will be changing my bank after being a member for 10 years and do NOT recommend this branch or Wells Fargo in general. T... read more
Some of the bank tellers there will do everything in their power not to help you.
I do not like the customer service here. Bad.
This branch never has any bankers or available appointments. All I wanted to do is open a savings account and there weren't any solutions to get that done. No help at all.
