This review is not about this particular branch per se nor it’s staff, it is about the policy that bank managers or their trainees can not get behind the counter when there is only one person working where there is room for two and the line is to the door! It’s 2026, we’re pretty much all aware of what can be completed at the teller machine and how to use it. What’s hard to wrap one’s head around is how a manager of all people can not service their customers!
