ATMs is a bit hidden, but yes indeed it is here. Located behind the blocked off left side entrance.

There ARE Wells Fargo ATM's inside Raley's!! They're just not where they used to be... they are both located near the currently blocked south entrance- as seen in the photo I took 07/04/2022.
