Extremely unhelpfull manager and tellers. We had an issue with my daughters paycheck not clearing through mobile deposit. The staff here refused to help and made us feel like we were unreasonable for expecting a timely resolution. We went down the street to the next wells fargo and they fixed the problem and cashed the check for my daughter with no issues.
I've never had issues with this brands with any of the people inside. They have two ATMs in 1189 is usually either out of money or out of order and this is the closest one to where I live besides Gulf shores.
This branch in Foley the atms are always unavailable. Not another close since they closed the branch in Loxley.
Why is the ATM NEVER allowing deposits after hours?! So frustrating!!
Treated horribly at the Foley branch while trying to cash a $20 check. Even accused of being dishonest. Not the first time treated badly by Wells Fargo, but it is the last. I refinanced my home earlier this year and have closed all my accounts. This Veteran will share his opinions with friends and family, as well as take his banking needs elsewhere. BTW, I provided three forms of photo I.D. (Military, State, and Disabled Veteran card).
