RUDEE!! My account was closed cause of needed documentation.. over phone I was told my ss # would be enough.. there is was told by a employee that wasn't enough and question back to what I was told.. From there another employee joined in saying to leave and come back with everything.. Tried asking for alternative since I ain't got no U.S passport which they said I need it and she just kept telling me to leave on a rude tone and matter pointing towards the door many times.
The slowest drive thru I have ever been in. There is no way it is only slow due to the patrons. I have been sitting here for 20 min and I'm the second car, ie the car in front of me has been here for at least 20 min as well.
Lobby closed, green sign that says "drive up open" ; NOT OPEN
