It was very busy and slow processing ATM. It could have been inside the bank as i did not felt safe using an outdoor ATM👎
Waited for 40 minutes to do something as simple as close CD? Why does a customer have to wait for a so called personal banker to get their money??? Why do I have to explain to an Employee on why I’m doing it when late for another appointment, because they made me wait?? I was told I could’ve made an appointment. Why should I have to make an appointment to close a CD??
