I would give a 0 star if available. All branches keep only one banker in hand and you have to wait hours unless you have an appointment. Why do I have to make an appointment to wire my own freaking money? I will close my account and work with another bank. The way of blaming Covid to save on employee is DISSERVICE and a HUGE LIE to your customers.
Been a Wells Fargo customer for 18 years.This branch manager being absolutely horrible to people. I can tell you my experience the Manager should be fired from any customer service job in any industry. He’s extremely rude, not helpful, and downright arrogant. Zero customer service. Worst Branch Manager ever and especially this branch !!! There are way better branch out there! Terrible.
