Melissa the manager went out of her way to make sure that I couldn't access the amount of money out of my joint bank account I went in there with my ID and my face uncovered and ask me questions to properly identify myself as supposed to work as a ID and still would not let me access the amount that I wanted to withdraw but somehow I was identified enough to withdraw $100 which she flakably took back couldn't make up their mind on which rules to follow or even know the rules I've never in my life had such a bank experience e... read more
Melissa layman the manager I've been in this Bank months ago I came in with my ID and my face uncovered to access money out of my joint account. They couldn't even keep their rules straight they can't changing the rules somehow I was id'd to get out $100 but not ID for the amount that I wanted to get out how does that even make any sense because I didn't properly identify myself but I can get out $100 but not the amount that I want.
