Martin Wilhelmy goes above and beyond! He has responded outside of normal business hours and his counsel is well thought out and thorough. His positive, helpful, can do mindset makes him enjoyable to interact with...particularly on complex matters. He combines compliance with flexibility.
Honestly this is absurd. This took days for the brand Purple to to finally have access to our account number after many calls. This is utterly embarrassing for Wells Fargo and much shame. They refused to give us our account number and for some reason your staff didn’t have the common knowledge that there are no Wells Fargo banks in Ohio. The amount of work we had to go through to find that out instead of one of the staff just telling us that. Such shame.
