Literally can't gain access to my account online. Have set up multiple payments but keep getting told I owe what i originally owed in the beginning!!! Make it make sense. Then I called and tried to gain access and they keep asking me for my account number, which I do not have because I don't have access to my online account.. In my online account says I need to call to verify that I am me.. I do that and then they tell me I have to go through a automated phone system... Honestly this is absurd. This took days for the brand Purple to to finally have access to our account number after many calls. This is utterly embarrassing for Wells Fargo and much shame. They refused to give us our account number and for some reason your staff didn’t have the common knowledge that there are no Wells Fargo banks in Ohio. The amount of work we had to go through to find that out instead of one of the staff just telling us that. Such shame.
