Relationship I am a client at World now Wachovia at Wilshire and Federal and called your location at Century city because it would be more convenient for me. The lady who answered the phone at 310 552 3535 was very abrupt and said her location was not a bank and hung up. I hope Wachovia personnel aren`t all like her.
Bad Business I've never had a friend treated so unprofessionally in my life by a financial services institution. I would strongly recommend alternatives because they only appreciate big clients. They told my friend that his small 401k rollover "didn't even count as business" True, a few thousand dollars isn't much but what about earning a customer for life and referrals and word of mouth advertising. I'm horribly disappointed with AG Edwards and will never give them any of my money if that's how they treat the little guy
Convenient The best part about this bank is that you hardly ever have to talk to a live rep if you have internet access. The next best part is if you do have to talk to a live rep, they're available 24 hours a day.
Mutual Funds I have never gone wrong with any recommendation from AG Edwards and Company. I have used them for years. They are right there to tell me about each company and are very good about returning phone calls.
