This branch manager PJ took my call more than a month ago to try to help me Resolve an issue with my mother's account. She was trying to close it and her representative at another office has not made this process easy to close her account at all. They refuse to take my power attorney for me to help my mother. It's a very small amount of money to ask to close out which shows that they don't really care about helping my senior mother with a small amount of money because they don't make any money off of this. Wells Fargo advisors are the worst investment firm I have ever dealt with in 40 years of investing. It is impossible to get a person on the phone in Knoxville and they wait for days to return a call. I do not recommend them for your investments.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE lady working the front desk. I have a lot of social anxiety and when I walked into this large building, confused, and worried about being in a place I shouldn’t be.. I ALREADY felt very uneasy. When I walked into their office, the woman at the front desk (short blonde hair) was COMPLETELY rude and UNprofessional when I asked if I was in the right place.
