I’m switching banks after yet again being stranded without money cause Wells Fargo has locked my card and won’t let me unlock it without calling it in, this is the fourth time it’s happened and the last time. Good job on losing a loyal member over something so simple👏
This back doesn't respect the hrs they say the back Close at 4:30pm. I was there at 4:19 and the back was closed already. This happened in multiple occasions
Horrible bank. My daughter wrote me a check and accidentally put a wrong date. I didn't notice the mistake and deposited the check. The next thing I knew, I got a notice that they were shutting down my account. The check was never added to my available balance, and my account never went negative. Wells Fargo waited for a $5,000 check to clear before closing my account. The horrible part was talking to two different bank representatives. Rude and callous are two adjectives that come to mind.
