Well, I had to have the root canal. It has been a long time since in that chair and my how things have changed. Dr. Wells and his staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable for the procedure before, during and after. I'm tall and my roots are even taller and it took a good while but what a great job they did. Patience, patience, patience. I had a complicated root canal for a molar with a crown and a medical history that makes using lidocaine with epinephrine uncomfortable. Dr. Wells started by telling me what he saw in my 3D tooth image and what he was going to do, and that his job was to keep me comfortable. He was enthusiastic and cheerful and that was mirrored in his staff. He added that he read my medical history and altered my numbing injections. Dr. Wells and his staff are awesome. I went in with extreme pain from a abscess tooth and Dr. Wells explained everything clearly and performed a root canal with little discomfort. Everyone at work couldn't believe I just had a root canal because I had no pain the next day. He also saved my crown which saved me some money. Wouldn't you know it you find a business that you really like but it is a business you hope you don't have to need them again.
I was pleasantly surprised at my first visit with Dr. Wells. It didn't have that "typical" dental office setting or atmosphere. He & his staff his exceptional. Dr. Wells goes above and beyond what most "dentists" do to make sure you are comfortable, relaxed and leave his office with a positive and as pleasant of an experience/appointment, with as little to no pain, and very apologetic for "any" discomfort he may "possibly" cause (no matter how minute. Today was my second visit to this office for an unfortunate root canal but I must say the experience was amazing! I got right in with no wait. Great staff. Dr Wells himself is amazing! Very personable yet progressional. Impressed once again overall! Highly highly recommend!!
I am super pleased with how my first visit went with Dr. Wells and his staff! I came with pretty bad pain and was uncomfortable walking in. This was my first root canal and if I have to have another one you better believe I will be coming back! I am so glad my Dentist referred me here. Thank you for getting me in so quickly.. I was dreading having my root canal done and had put it off causing a pretty bad tooth ache. The experience was great!
My husband went for a root canal today, after a year of putting it off because he dreads going to the dentist. I stayed with him the whole time and the staff from entering the door until leaving was wonderful!! My husband said "that was by far the best experience I've ever had in a dental office!"
