Did all of the onboarding for a first appointment and got it scheduled for 4pm on a Thursday. Was notified at 3pm on the day of the appointment that he had to cancel because he became ill the night before. It would have been good to know that earlier in the day before we rearranged our schedules and left work early. Not very professional.
