HORRIBLE doctors office. They wait till last minute, have no idea what they are doing, they go through constants changes in staff, Doctors and Nurses bed manners are horrible..........DO NOT GO HERE

Unfortunately waited 1.5 hours to talk to Dr Wells or anybody on a teleconference and never saw the Dr. We waited looking at an empty office for over an hour. Really sad they have absolutely no empathy for the patient. My Mother in law is 86 years old. We were hoping to explain she has Lymphoma and we will be calling in hospice. But they are the only game in town and they know it. Finally talked to the PA and she is nice and somewhat helpful. Just a shame. Not like it used to be in Panama City, Fl. Leaving 2 reviews bc my experience was that BAD. Do you wanna wait in the lobby for 1hr over ur appt while staff walks out in the lobby to chat with front about the catering and Mac and cheese they're having? Yeah no me either which is why I won't return. Dr Wells will offer you a colonoscopy first bc he says he needs to rule things out? Okay kinda invasive for first step and put me 1 grand in the hole. After he told me I just have IBS. After all this time and money wasted he's so kind to offer me a $1600 medication to help ... read more

Does not respect patients time. Will let you wait for hours while you can hear them talking about things that have nothing to do with their work.

I woke up so upset off anesthesia. It's always made me cry. I wish I could recall the short blonde haired lady's name. She was so incredibly kind and comforting. They asked me if I wanted water as soon as I woke up. They are all very kind people. The wait is a little long but it's worth it for the incredibly kind techs, anesthesiologist, nurses and doctors. 10/10 recommend
