Wells cargo does not stand behind there product. I had a failure with the ball lock and the trailer slammed into the reciever of my truck and bent the coupler so bad that I couldn't tow my trailer. Wells cargo told me it was my fault and they would not warranty it.

After purchasing a Road Force V Nose Wells Cargo I was extremely excited that they have a 3-year warranty. Well 2 years later and a trailer that has less than a thousand miles on it several of the laminated panels are coming apart. I can only imagine what the trailer would be like if I were using it a lot. I called the warranty department and was told that the only part covered for three years in the welded structure. My advice is do not purchase any American Cargo Brand trailer that uses a bonding method for the panels. The... read more

Timothy Griffin the Wells Cargo name has went downhill I usedto rate Wells Cargo trailers from 1 to 10:00 a 10.5 now I would rate them a( zero ) poor quality crappie material absolutely horrible customer service. The old Wells Cargo would come to Illinois pick the trailer up take it to Elkhart Indiana fix it and then redeliver it that's how the owner used to be . I worked there for more than 30 years I wouldn't purchase any Wells Cargo after the year of 2010
