I love wells built.
My husband and I just bought our home through Wells Built, and we absolutely love it! We love the open layout of the house, the tall ceilings, big bathrooms and closets, the hardware, the flooring, the light fixtures, the 3-car garage, everything! Wells Built was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. With a new build, there are bound to be problems, but the only minor issue we had was fixed within a few hours and didn't cost us a thing. I would highly recommend Wells Built for your next home!

After living in our home for two years we are finding things that were not done properly and falling apart literally! Our wood doors, baseboards are all flaking off the paint and wood! The ceilings have fingerprint marks all over them from them installing the lighting! Not to mention the items we picked out for our home were never remembered?
