"CAUTION BLACK MOLD" in Apartments. This review is to caution the reader about the Dixie Motel/Apartments located at 301 S. Forrest Ave Cocoa Florida, 32922. I presented the mold evidence in a written letter along with the mold evidence (images) to the property management and was literally ignored. I requested my security deposit be returned ($895.00) but have yet to receive a response. It's now approaching 3 months. I would give them less than a star Paid in advance due to Covid, so when I received a non-renewal notice on my door. They have withheld $370.00 overpayment & my deposit of $625. I was lied to by his entire office staff - Dana Property manager, Bernadette who I guess the accountant, Amanda, & Ashley. Never once did they ever state they were not returning the deposit. Florida Statue 83 states that they have to notify tenant to why they are not refunding - 30 days Jeff Wells is a complete slum lord & scum bag.
