RecommendedIf your looking for an honest mechanic in Wells, Maine you needn't look any further. I had the window regulator and motor replaced on my 2015 Cadillac SRX. A month and a half later a part, that he hadn't replaced failed, cracking the window. He replaced the window and the weather seal that had failed only charging me for the weather seal. He felt he should have replaced the weather seal previously, but didn't want to charge me for something I didn't need.
They are awesome!!! Very efficient, professional, and honest !!! Hard to find a crew that works as hard as them !!! Thank you Eric and Kevin!!!
While I was up here visiting family and sightseeing, my brake line blew as I was about to head home to CT. Wells Auto Care gave me a possible time frame and with no other option, took the car from the AAA tow. They did a fabulous job letting me know what was happening and the price and they even got it done faster than they hoped for! The only down side was, when I finally got home to CT, I had to bleed the brakes, which they should have done. Our car broke down during vacation from Connecticut. Eric fixed it on time and for the price he quoted us. He did a great job.
I broke down and had some other issues I’ve been battling with the dealer to diagnose for over a year and he took my car in, fixed my axle, diagnosed the issue, and got me my car back, driving better than when I bought it. Thankful that my warranty lets me go to any repair shop, because I’m only using him from now on.
They are courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, prompt and fair.
I live outside of Boston and Wells Auto Care is still the only place I will take any of my vehicles. They are as honest as can be and Eric really knows his stuff. I would recommend them to anyone!
