I would not recommend this place. The front desk ladies are not welcoming. One of them, in particular, is very unprofessional and quite arrogant and rude—no professionalism whatsoever. You ask her a question, and she ignores you until she feels like acknowledging you. Not a "give me one moment" or " I'll be right with you." The other one does not even attempt to help. I made an appointment and waited two weeks for appointment to only be notified the day before her appointment that it was being cancelled due to her having 2 insurances and they don’t know about each other. Also, I wasn’t giving the opportunity to fix this issues or given the option to self pay until the situation was fixed. This practice only worries about money instead of the care of patients. My child has never been denied medical services because she has two insurances.

The staff administered my allergy test on my back. After 15 minutes they glanced at my back from a distance of about 4 feet and told me that I was not allergic to any allergens and instead my symptoms were from 'non-allergic rhinitis' -- vents blowing on me, etc. I thought it strange that such a diagnosis could be decided upon after the nurse practitioner didn't closely inspect my skin. I was re-tested by another allergist and reacted to six different allergens. Do not go to this office.

My child had an appointment to see Dr. Wells, and I phoned to inform I was running a few minutes late only to be told he was no where on their schedule for the day. The appointment was made the week prior and I took off work in order to be there. I work on the south side of town and had to drive on the northeast in order to be seen by her. The office staff did not TRY to accommodate me in any way except for rescheduling for the next day. It was not my fault they made a mistake. Disappointed!!!!
