Tried to book an appointment here, and was told that I would need to forward an additional 500$ dollars to the office in order to see someone (which would be paid back at some later date). They don't waive the fee for students or people who are unable to afford this additional out-of-pocket cost. Almost felt as though as I was being asked for a bribe. I want sure about them at first but I love my psychiatrist now. She actually listens & isn't pretentious like a lot of other psychiatrists out there. I give them 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems like their providers are hit or miss. The therapist guy i had previously seen was not any help & I felt like he was more focused on "fixing me" than actually listening to me.

Incredibly grateful for the opportunity to finally see a therapist/psychiatrist after years of searching. Without WellPsyche I would still be lost. They accepted my insurance and were able to take new patients. I found both a therapist and psych that matched my needs and the scheduling process has been so easy. It felt too good to be true, but it's been two years and I am so happy I called them when I did. So sorry to others who've had trouble with billing and cancellations, as that has not been my experience.

The first lady we had was great very efficient and super nice. The second lady was a nightmare i think her name was Evelyn she made us pay $500 for a prescription that has previously been on insurance and the follow up appointment she was 20 mins late for. I missed a padres game cause of this so i wasn't to thrilled when she finally got on and was telling me to calm down cause i was trying to rush things(you can’t reschedule cause then they charge you $250). They want to hold $500 from you if you cancel within two days of your appointment. Shady and exploitative business practice that screams red flag. Not worth the risk should an emergency arise.
