Always paid my lease on time.I was send email stating my payment was 5 days late because the office was on vacation and so nobody deposited anyone's check! When I called ans asked for a receipt stating I paid my bill on time I was treated very,very rudely & was told I just wanted to argue with them & they hung up on me!!! (they even spreading rumors about other people in the park while I have been there)

Do yourself a favor and do a thorough. I know you would think that a house that is brand new would have gutters, front and back, but apparently a company that builds houses does not think they are important. All of that sitting rain all the way around a house, after years will effect the ground the house sits on. MIGHT, build good houses (we will see after house settles), but when they don't do the simple things, makes you wonder about the big ones. BEWARE!!!!!!
