Very poor customer service. Pharmacy staff are very rude and have no interest in answering any questions

As a long-term customer, and compared with other pharmacies in my neighborhood, I received exceptional service and professionalism from Well One Pharmacy. I always speak with the pharmacist. My prescriptions are always managed perfectly, and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I consider myself a very satisfied customer.
Cannot get a prescription refill without an assessment by my family doctor, because of COVID cannot get a physical assessment. Try to book an appointment and the person isn't able to respond to an email with when my doctor is actually in, just gives me one day for the whole month I can book.
Doctors are nice but booking system is not patient friendly. They don't have phone number that you can reach when there is urgent messages. Only way you can communicate with staffs and doctor is by email. Doctors and nurses are nice but the front staffs are very unpleasant. Too bad.
