I waited 9 months for a cleaning only to have it canceled week of the appointment. I called to reschedule hoping for a timely appointment since I had already waited so long, they booked me for an additional 7 months later! Waiting 16 months to get a cleaning that is supposed to be biannual is absolutely absurd!!! Why they are even open when they are incapable of servicing their patients is ridiculous. Run terribly, if they can't manage the paperwork, how can you trust them with your families teeth? Three weeks before an appt they call and reschedule a cleaning for an additional 6 months. Nope.
People here are kind and understanding, gentle and explain procedures and follow up in timely matter. I feel safe here and comfortable.
Went there for tooth pain that was determined to just be a sensitive tooth. Right before leaving the dentist said she could dab a little fluoride on it which could possibly help (it didn’t). Took her 10 seconds to do. A few weeks later I got a bill for $45 for “ application of desensitizing med”. I called today to say how ridiculous that charge is and the secretary basically told me to screw. Next time ur gonna dab some $2 orajel on someone’s tooth you should warn them they’ll get a $45 charge for it.
