To become a dental patient you must leave your name, birthday, number on a voicemail and they call to register you. Mid/late July we left our first. August we left 2 more a few weeks apart. we left another first week of September. It's now September 16th and still no call. We have even left multiple numbers in case there was an issue with one. Came here and originally absolutely loved it. My doctor actually listened to me !! Then she quit and I’m very much seeing why! They gave me a new provider and I’m on a medication , so when my doctor quit I called and asked what was going to happen with said medication… They gave me a new doctor thru them and scheduled an appointment months in advance. I waited 9 months for a cleaning only to have it canceled week of the appointment. I called to reschedule hoping for a timely appointment since I had already waited so long, they booked me for an additional 7 months later! Waiting 16 months to get a cleaning that is supposed to be biannual is absolutely absurd!!! Why they are even open when they are incapable of servicing their patients is ridiculous.
