I had higher hopes. Heather was amazing- however- I was told I’d need hormone testing- sent via mail. It was paid for immediately, at $250, and was to be shipped within three days. (As per the paragraph on the statement) Three weeks later I messaged as the test kit still did not arrive. (I need to test day 19-21- and coming to that window. I’ve been fighting for help and HRT for years and finally bit the bullet and booked here for ‘specialized’ treatment. $250 just to book the appointment. $275 for a 20 min call with a doctor. I didn’t feel she listened and cast aside all my symptoms. Prescribed progesterone and blood work. Paid for that too (not covered) and then they did nothing with that information.
