This was my first visit to the Well Now urgent care center in Greece NY. I required a minor surgical procedure and was extremely pleased/impressed by all of the medical staff. PA Oliver (the only PA on staff) though handling a significant case load at the time took time to explain options and executed the procedure professionally with an amiable bedside manner (much appreciated). I would highly recommend the center (though I’d also recommend making an appointment if possible).

Just received a bill from collections. This place has never sent me a bill regarding my visit 3 years ago that workman's comp paid. That was a nice surprise to get in the mailbox.

I went into Urgent Care because I was having trouble breathing. The staff there were very nice and professional. They were able to take a chest x-ray right there and determined that I had pneumonia with a low blood oxygen levelof 89. I was prescribed antibiotics and am recovering at home.

I visited the WellNow Clinic in Greece, NY, to have my son's sore throat checked. At the time of the appointment, I was told the cost would be $175, which I paid in full. I asked the front desk for an invoice, but they said they could only give me a payment receipt—not a full invoice with service details. That was frustrating, but I let it go. Now, three weeks later, I’ve been informed by email that I “owe an additional $200” (not for anything clear, not for any declared extra service) and that they will automatically charge... read more

All clinicians and staff are wonderful. I trust the doctors and nurses. I’ve received excellent care and good results.
