Made an appt after work for 7:10 pm to see if I fractured my foot and when I arrived Doctor was so anxious to leave at 8pm , she literally walked out of my room While I was asking questions ! When she walked in my room she asked me WHAT IS IT THAT YOU WANT ME TO DO??? Uggh maybe your job ! Not a great first impression! Now I sit here waiting to see another doc who hasn’t gotten here yet! Never again NEVER!
Staff was friendly and there was no wait so it went pretty quick. A little too quick. Not sure if the nurse practitioner wanted to rush or maybe she was just not thorough enough. She told me there were signs of anything else but just a viral infection. I went to my own doctor days later and it turns out that I have pneumonia. I'm disappointed in the diagnosis that I was given an Ugent Care. Not sure if I'll be going there again in the future.
I’m not good with names but the staff that worked today 3/26/2026 were so kind. I told the staff that I faint during blood draws and they were all so understanding. The ladies that did my blood draw told me to lay down and gave me an ice pack, they also made conversation with me to keep my mind off the blood draw, they are exceptional, I didn’t even feel it. 10/10.
When I came to the urgent care facility I was amazed at the customer service I received. Thank you! Grateful patient
I very rarely write reviews but I had to make an exception for Wellnow because every time I have been throughout the years (probably 4-5 times) they’ve been great. The place is always very clean and actually looks welcoming for a place that you likely don’t want to be! The staff is friendly from the front desk to the NPs. I went in today feeling awful with an upper respiratory sickness and was seen by NP Patricia Weir- she was friendly, caring, and competent. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes.
